ESR Technology - New Ownership and Managing Director

We are pleased to announce that ESR Technology Limited is now under new ownership and has appointed a new Managing Director following a decision by Arcadis UK to divest the company. As of 7th December 2016, ESR began a new phase in its illustrious history, as it became an independent UK-based owner managed company.

Raghbir Chand, appointed as Managing Director, will work closely with the established management and business heads:

• Space – Simon Griffin
• HOIS – Dr Steve Burch
• NCT – Steve Gill;
• Safety & Risk Management (SRM) – Phil Ramskill and Neil Ketchell.

Raghbir brings 30 years of design and development expertise, including 16 years in business development, commercial and strategic leadership roles and holds Director/Chairman roles at BHR Group and MetNano Limited.

Whilst the company embarks on a 3 month transition plan, ESR will be operating on a ‘business as usual’ basis, with all management, engineering and project delivery teams continuing to work from the established ESTL, NCT and HOIS centres of excellence based at Warrington and Milton Park, Oxfordshire and all project execution delivered in accordance with its ISO9001 quality and program management best practices.
