ESR Technology Presents at Hazards 28 Conference
ESR Technology attended the IChemE Hazards 28 Conference in Edinburgh 15-17 May 2018 and was a Silver Sponsor of the event. As usual the conference provided an excellent opportunity to debate and discuss Process Safety with over 300 delegates across a range of major hazard industries. The exhibition area was sold out and over fifty high quality technical papers were presented.
ESR Technology’s Andy Rushton presented an interesting paper on Experiences in ALARP Demonstration that led to a lively debate and discussion and Steve Forster’s poster on Toxic Gas Detector Array Evaluation had many visitors.
Our exhibition stand was well attended, providing an opportunity to discuss ESR Technology’s latest developments in safety and risk management tools and techniques including:
- CORAM web-based tool for cumulative risk assessments;
- Major hazards training courses;
- OpenFOAM for enhanced CFD modelling;
- DELOS – 3D fire and gas detector mapping software.
We look forward to fully participating in next years Hazards 29 Conference in Birmingham 22-24 May 2019 – save the date.
