ESR Technology sponsors Hazards 30 Virtual Conference

ESR Technology is proud to confirm our Silver Sponsorship of the forthcoming IChemE Hazards 30 Conference on 26-27 November 2020. The conference was originally scheduled to be held in Manchester in May but due to ongoing restrictions relating to COVID-19 has been re-arranged as a Virtual Event which will comprise a mix of technical papers, live Q&A, virtual networking lounge and virtual exhibition area.

2020 marks 60 years since the first Hazards conference was held in Manchester. Since then, Hazards has grown in size and influence, continuing to be at the forefront of sharing new knowledge and disseminating good process safety practice across the process industries and beyond.

ESR Technology (and its predecessor companies UKAEA, SRD and AEA Technology) has supported this prestigious conference since its inception, exhibiting and presenting technical papers on a wide range of important topics from Gas Dispersion modelling work, to research on Ageing Plant and developing clear ALARP justifications for continued plant operation.

For Hazards 30, Andy Rushton is presenting a paper entitled A Revised Method for Dropped Object Risk Analysis which promises to be an interesting and thought-provoking presentation.

We are proud of our long-term support to this important industry conference and are delighted to confirm our attendance at Virtual Hazards 30. We look forward to welcoming colleagues old and new on our virtual exhibition stand.
