Our software
NII Max
NII Max is a workflow software specifically designed to guide users through the assessment, planning, inspection enactment and evaluation phases of NII, and can be used in combination with HOIS-RP-103. A 3D model of a pressure vessel is used throughout the process and is used to display process flows, work scope items, inspection results, and evaluation results.
NII Max is a joint development by ESR Technology and Quasset, bringing together in-depth NII process knowledge and applications experience with industry-leading expertise in digital twins for NDT and software development.
M-Skip
Our M-Skip software allows you to apply our patented and industry leading multi-skip inspection technique to provide inspection coverage on traditionally inaccessible areas, such as around pipe supports.
M-Skip can be applied both axially and circumferentially on pipes, pressure vessels and tanks as well as on flat plates.
