Celebrating 8 Years of Leadership at ESR Technology

This week marks a significant milestone for Raghbir Chand and Vivek Maripudi at ESR Technology’s, with both celebrating their 8th anniversary with the company.

Over the past eight years, in the role of Managing Director, Raghbir has focused on planning, shaping and building the integrated organisation and its management development for achieving sustainable and profitable growth of ESR Technology.

Vivek Maripudi, in the role of Strategic Director and with Business Unit Director responsibility for the Inspection Consultancy and NDT Team, has worked alongside Raghbir in supporting the development and successes and is currently leading the team’s international expansion.

Under their leadership, ESR management team have developed more solutions and implemented key initiatives around people development, team capability enhancement, marketing and customer account management. This has been carried out in an open and inclusive, people and technology-led operational improvement culture – all aimed at delivering greater value to our clients and better.

During this time, ESR Technology has continued to strengthen its specialist core capabilities and alignment with the new client and market demands. This has been done with its project successes in the renewable energy transition, new space sector development, transportation and increased use of IT-led virtualisation and digitalisation within its Engineering and Safety Risk management consultancy offerings.

Both are very proud of the achievements of ESR Teams and people development during the last 8 years. The management team are looking forward to many more years of continued innovation and success for our staff and clients alike!
